Kellie is an experienced Company Secretary and executive and has supported boards and leadership teams for more than 20 years across a range of industries and sectors. Roles have also incorporated leading diverse teams, across legal and governance, strategy and risk, operations, people and transformation, communications, corporate affairs and marketing. Previous places of employment include Metro Tasmania, University of Tasmania, Tasmanian Aboriginal Legal Service, Tasracing and M2 Group.
Currently serving on the boards of Southern Cross Care Tasmania and genU, Kellie is also an experienced board director in the not-for-profit sector, including aged care, disability and employment and community services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law from the University of Tasmania and has completed the Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
